Ford Bronco Stroppe

Get in this Bronco, buckle up, hold on tight. This is The Stroppe. Built more for the Baja desert than the Burger King parking lot. But it works there, too.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe Special Edition is a bold tribute to off-road racing legend Bill Stroppe, whose Baja-conquering Broncos defined desert racing in the 1960s and ’70s. This limited-run, two-door model channels that heritage with eye-catching style and serious capability, making it one of the most distinctive trims in the current Bronco lineup.

Visually, it’s a showstopper. The multi-tone scheme—typically Oxford White body with vibrant Code Orange accents, Atlas Blue roof, matte black hood wrap, and classic “Bronco” side graphics—evokes vintage Stroppe racers while turning heads everywhere. Unique 17-inch matte black wheels shod in 35-inch rugged-terrain tires, extensive bash plating, and signature badging give it unmistakable presence. Inside, it feels premium with a white dashboard treatment, embossed console plaque, B&O 12-speaker audio, 12.3-inch digital cluster, and modern tech like adaptive cruise, 360-degree cameras, and a user-friendly infotainment system. Passenger space in the compact two-door is surprisingly good, with decent head- and legroom.

Performance comes from the proven 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 (330 hp, 415 lb-ft torque) paired with a smooth 10-speed automatic. It delivers strong acceleration and confident highway cruising. The standard Sasquatch package plus HOSS 3.0 suspension with FOX internal-bypass dampers makes it Baja-capable—firm yet compliant over rough terrain, absorbing high-speed whoops admirably for such a tall, short-wheelbase rig. On-road, steering is direct, though body roll and wind noise remind you of its off-road focus. It rides cushier than expected, balancing ruggedness with daily drivability.

At around $75,000–$80,000, it’s pricey and exclusive (limited production adds collectible appeal). It’s not the absolute top-dog like the Raptor, but it offers a unique blend of retro flair, modern features, and proven off-road prowess. If you want a Bronco that stands out and honors racing roots without compromise, the Stroppe delivers excitement and authenticity in spades.
